In less than a month the sound of baseballs & bats will come alive at historic Joe wolf Field in North Adams

Before the first player arrives to join the SteepleCats, local housing needs to be lined up.  According to iBerkshires.com, Host families are now being sought for the 2018 season.  A host family commitment is to house a SteepleCats player from June 2 through the beginning of August. Players should have their own room and families provide their meals. Players will arrange their own transportation.   Host families receive a "Golden Ticket" that allows them to attend any game throughout the league. They also receive a discount on SteepleCats merchandise

If you are interested in joining the SteepleCats team and help support the players contact the SteepleCats Housing Director Pat Decker at volunteer@steeplecats.org.

The SteepleCats organization is a collegiate summer baseball team that brings the best college baseball players from across the country to play summer baseball at Joe Wolfe Field. The team is part of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, a premier summer league that is known for its superb competition.

The 2018 season opens on the road on June 5th with the Home opener at The Joe Thursday June 7th.
