Pittsfield Police Searching for Missing NY Teenager

The Pittsfield Police Department is seeking your help in locating a teenager from Canaan, NY.

PPD officials announced via social media on Friday that they are on the search for 14-year-old Cole Diegel. The juvenile is described as standing approximately 5’5” and weighing 140 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. According to the department, Diegel was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue sweat pants, and black sneakers.

Diegel was reported missing in Pittsfield, according to the PPD, but has no direct ties to the area that they are aware of. He may be in Amsterdam, NY, or the surrounding areas, but the community is asked to keep their eyes open in the area.
