Updated Afternoon Closings & Cancellations

In light of the expected snow accumulation today through Thursday, March 8, the City of Pittsfield has declared a snow emergency and on-street parking ban effective 6 p.m. through 7 a.m. Friday, March 9.

Snow emergency for the City of North Adams until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2018. Also Clarksburg, Lenox have declared snow emergencies: no parking on streets during the storm to allow for snow removal vehicles.

Trash pickup in the City of Pittsfield is canceled on Wednesday, March 7. Trash pickup will be attempted on Thursday afternoon, weather dependent. Updates will be shared as available.

The Pittsfield Cooperative Bank – all locations- will close today at 3:30 due to the wintry conditions and the safety of our customers and employees.
