As the temperatures are warming up this week, you will likely see more and more people out and about throughout the Berkshires and definitely in and around town in Pittsfield. However, those people may be using a mode of transportation that we saw plenty of last year. The Bird e-scooters are making a return to Pittsfield.

After a successful pilot program was launched in 2022 for the Bird e-scooters, the City of Pittsfield has announced that they will be making a return in 2023. Last year, there were more than 25,000 rides on e-scooters throughout the area.
