Elton John Set to Retire

Sir Elton John is retiring from the road -- but just not yet.

Elton just announced his plans to retire from touring, but only after a 300-date world tour, dubbed the "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" tour, which Elton promised will be the "best tour I've ever done.

Elton's priorities now are with his family, he did say that he intends to .
