Hey Berkshire County, the Razzies are out! Who do you think will

Some of us here in Berkshire County may not have heard of the Razzies before, I will say it sounds like a fun time!

Coming up the night before the Oscars are the 42nd Razzie Awards.

So what do you have to do to get a Razzie in the world of Hollywood? Well, the first thing is the celebrities and movies have to be underachieving, and please don't think they're "B" List actors. The actors and actresses who are nominated, are "A" Listers.

Two actors who have won the most Razzies are, Sylvester Stallone who has been awarded 10 Razzie awards won followed by Madonna who has nine awards.

Some actors and actresses who have a good sense of humor have gone to the Razzies to accept their awards are Tom Green, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock.

How did the Razzies start? Wikipedia states: American publicist John J. B. Wilson traditionally held potluck parties at his home in Hollywood on the night of the Academy Awards. In 1981, after the 53rd Academy Awards had completed for the evening, Wilson invited friends to give random award presentations in his living room. Wilson decided to hold the event, after seeing a 99-cent double feature of Can't Stop the Music and Xanadu.

When you do so many bad movies in a year, surprise! you get your own category. That award will go to Bruce Willis this year who got nominated for all these movies which I admit have not seen any of them.
