The 2026 touring season will be marked by astonishing returns and long goodbyes.

Rush leads a group of reuniting classic rock bands, after announcing a surprise tour that's the first since their 40th anniversary shows in 2015. The Fifty Something Tour will also mark their first shows since drummer and lyricist Neil Peart died in 2020.

Additional reunions found among the 89 other major 2026 tours outlined below include Triumph, Twisted Sister, the (real) Guess Who. (But apparently not Poison, who couldn't agree on a contract.) Heart has rebounded with the extended Royal Flush tour after postponing several concerts while Ann Wilson received treatment for cancer. Guns N' Roses, Bon Jovi and Iron Maiden will also play highly anticipated shows across North America.

Who's Playing Las Vegas in 2026?

The list of 2026's biggest rock tours is also dotted with Las Vegas concerts. Sphere is still hosting Eagles shows – though the band has now scheduled an increasingly rare stop outside of Nevada. Styx is playing the Venetian Theatre inside the Venetian Resort – and so is Chicago. Def Leppard returns to the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where the newly un-retired Cyndi Lauper is also playing.

The Fifty Something tour will feature Rush cofounders Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson along with new drummer Anika Nilles. Lee said they intend to "add another musician or two to expand our sound a wee bit." Iron Maiden plans to focus on their first nine albums as the Run for Your Lives Tour reaches U.S. cities, with support from Anthrax and Megadeth – and then they head south.

Jonathan Cain confirmed his departure prior to the announcement of Journey's Final Frontier farewell dates after years of competing lawsuits and public arguments with Neal Schon, the group's lone remaining original member. Cain's tenure dates back to 1981's diamond-selling U.S. chart-topping Escape album, and he wrote or co-wrote most of their best-known songs. Bon Jovi has been off the road for four years while recovering frontman Jon Bon Jovi dealt with vocal cord issues.
