It has been years since the Berkshire Mall had stores, Target is still open and Regal Cinemas is back open too but that's it for now.

Something finally is going in a forward motion for the but forgotten Berkshire Mall. The town's Planning Board is looking to rezone the area of the former Berkshire Mall facility to accommodate all possible uses outlined in a building reuse study.

At this point, there is no record of a deed exchange in the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. So it is unclear exactly what Durga's involvement is.

So when I heard about this happening again, I went over to the website of the Berkshire Mall and noticed right away that stores were listed on there that have moved out of the mall months ago, but I guess that shouldn't surprise anyone at all.
