Responding Officers encountered 3 juvenile males loitering on the top level of the parking deck, 1 of which appeared to have been the operator of a vehicle he was occupying.

They started out in Cheshire, became a part of Whitney's, they are still neighbors of Whitney's across route 8 at their bigger location with more parking.

The weather is warm and that means road work will be occurring all over the Berkshires, I am looking forward to getting these potholes, you know the ones that are like huge craters, taken care of. They can do a lot of damage to your vehicle.
