According to the state Department of Public Health. The coronavirus killed another 15 Massachusetts residents on Saturday, and that includes three from the Berkshires,

The Berkshire Eagle reports,  All three were females in her 60s, one in her 90s, and one in her 100s  were the latest to die in the county from the disease on Saturday, bringing the county's total deaths from the virus to 13.

Cases here in the Berkshires increased to 258, up from 253 on Friday.

The state Department of Public Health announced that there were another 24 deaths Saturday, with the statewide total now 216.

These two counties in Massachusetts have the highest amount of cases

Middlesex: 2,632

Suffolk: 2,658

By March 31, there were 6,620 confirmed cases in the state.
