In Massachusetts, we all know how important it is to support local restaurants throughout your community and in all of the Bay State for that matter. There are several restaurants that are just so fantastic and simply, irreplaceable! But why not add some more options overall? Let's get a little greedy for a minute...

Massachusetts has a crazy amount of great burger joints throughout the entire state. This is something that can also go a little overlooked, since burgers aren't necessarily the very first food you think of, when you think of popular New England foods. However, that doesn't mean they don't exist here. And now, it seems there has been some new spots recognized as having the "Best Burgers in Massachusetts".

When you think of Massachusetts, there's a good chance the first city, town, or region you would think of is Boston, Cape Cod, Salem, Cambridge, or Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard. Those certainly are the usual popular destinations, and for good reason. But there are definitely lots of other great spots throughout the Bay State that I'm leaving out. So, what about some of those other places around the Bay State that don't necessarily get the recognition? Those are the more underrated places throughout the state. It just so happens that western Massachusetts is home to not one, but four of those spots.

One thing that is most definitely synonymous with New England is some of the most amazing seafood that you get anywhere! And at the heart of the New England is Massachusetts. While there are several great local seafood restaurants throughout the Bay State, there can only be one that can be named the best seafood restaurant in Massachusetts. So, which one is continually earning that type of high praise?

The New England states are some of the most densely populated throughout the country. This, of course, happens to include our densely populated state of Massachusetts. You might expect any town throughout the New England states to have a relatively decent population. In fact, throughout New England, there are 236.9 people per square mile on average, which is much higher than the national average of 79.56 people per square mile. However, despite the fact that Massachusetts has the highest population of all the New England states, one of its towns has a population that is even less than the national average of people per square mile.

Massachusetts is filled with a plethora of great local restaurants and eateries throughout the state. Sometimes it's not always easy to decide what type of dish you might be craving with so many great local spots. But if you happen to be craving some good Chinese food, we now know of a unique joint where you can find the best Chinese restaurant in the entire state.

There's definitely no shortage of great eateries and restaurants throughout Massachusetts. And that also includes some amazing bakeries! There are several of them on a local level throughout the Bay State that deserve accolades for what they provide in their respective communities. But one bakery in particular has been receiving some national recognition! As it turns out, this Massachusetts bakery, exclusive to the Bay State, happens to have been named one of the best bakeries in the U.S.

There's no disputing that pretty much EVERYONE loves pizza! That much, we can agree on.
