Available positions include:

RN/LPN – Full-time or part-time positions on variety of shifts - A new wage scale with excellent benefits. Primary responsibilities include providing medication administration, treatments, and assistance with activities of daily living. Qualifications and Skills - A current, unencumbered MA nursing license is required and computer knowledge preferred.

CNA - Full-time or part-time positions on variety of shifts. Primary responsibilities include providing activities of daily living to residents/patients. Qualifications and Skills - A current, unencumbered CNA certificate in Massachusetts. If not certified, but interested in becoming a certified nursing assistant, they will pay for your training.

Cook – Full-time or part-time – Primary responsibilities include providing meal services to residents in a small, personalized setting by preparing, cooking, and serving meals, dishwashing, and sanitation. Qualifications and Skills - Prior cooking experience required. Serv-Safe and Allergen certifications preferred.

Activity Assistant - Part-time. Primary responsibilities include providing activities to residents/patients in small groups or on an individual basis and assisting as necessary with other activity and memory care program support services.  Qualifications and Skills – Preferred candidates should have experience in senior living, child care or with other types residential or community activity programs including with Alzheimer's and dementia training.

Companion/ Home Health Aide – Part-time. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients with activities of daily living, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, companionship and transportation through At Home with Berkshire Place. Positions offer schedule flexibility with hours typically in shorter durations to better align with personal lives or as a second job, or assignments can be for longer hours in duration, if preferred.
