The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Berkshire County.  The Flash Flood Watch is in effect beginning this afternoon at 2pm until 2pm tomorrow.  The Berkshires and throughout New England will be feeling the after effects of Hurricane Ida that battered Louisiana.

Heavy rain is expected today through tomorrow morning.  Rain could be so heavy at times that the NWS is predicting the possibility of 2 to 3 inches of rainfall before the storm rolls out of the area.  The complete long-range NWS forecast is below...
