BPD Bust Two In Connection With Ongoing Narcotics Investigation

On Friday, November 13, 2020, The Bennington Police Department executed two search warrants in connection to ongoing narcotics investigations in the town of Bennington.
Detectives from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Officers from the Patrol Division and the K-9 Unit executed a search warrant at 125 Benmont Avenue at 8:54 am. Bennington Police arrested Daryl Farrell, age 29, of Bennington, VT and Brittany Knuetter, age 28, of Bennington, VT.
Farrell was charged with possession and trafficking of heroin, possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, sale of heroin and violation of conditions of release. Knuetter was charged with sale of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.
During the search, officers seized 230 bags of suspected heroin, US Currency, drug paraphernalia, digital scale, ledger, cellphone, iPad, drug packaging material, surveillance cameras and four pistol and revolver style pellet guns.
Farrell and Knuetter were released on court ordered conditions of release to appear in Vermont-Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on November 16, 2020.
A second search warrant was executed at 221 Maple Street, Apt A, at 9:50 am. Bennington Police arrested Sarah Jacobs, age 30, of Bennington, VT. Jacobs was charged with the sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and violations of conditions of release.
During the search, officers seized 5.3 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 5 bags of suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia, drug packaging material, digital scales, a cell phone, $1162.00 in US currency, and other regulated drugs.
Jacobs was released on court ordered conditions of release to appear in Vermont-Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on November 16, 2020.
