Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
⅓ cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons to be added later
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 whole cloves
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick
4 egg whites
2 oz bourbon
2 oz dark rum (we suggest Kraken)
Ground nutmeg for garnish
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Makes:
7 cups
