COVID-19 Test Site in North Adams Expands to 7 Days a Week and Additional Hours
The Berkshire Health Systems has expanded their testing hours and days of operation in North Adams. As of today, the testing facility will be open 7 days a week from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm.
The testing site is not at the hospital but at 98 Church Street in North Adams next to the Public Library. To schedule a testing appointment call 1-855-BMC-LINK (855-262-5465). That hotline is staffed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. You do not have to be a resident of North Adams to take advantage of the testing program.
As numbers continue to climb across Massachusetts and the entire country, look for additional testing sites across the State in the next few weeks. . In Worcester a pop up field hospital at the DCU Center is now open to help with the overflow of COVD-19 patients. The field hospital was created over the summer to help relieve the tension on local hospitals. it was shutdown when the numbers dropped in the state but it has again reopened.

In addition, Governor Charlie Baker announced today that free COVID-19 testing will be expanding across the state of Massachusetts in the coming weeks, including to North Adams, with more details to come.
