Even though the Fall Foliage Parade is on October 3rd there are plenty of events leading up to it. the fun kicks off Sept. 24th, 2021! This year’s theme is Games, Movies & Take-Out. A nod to some of the more enjoyable activities we took part in during the pandemic lockdown.

Beginning Friday, Sept. 24th, and concluding with the 65th Annual Fall Foliage Parade on Sunday, October 3, 2021. One thing to keep in mind have but stay safe. Participants and spectators are highly encouraged to wear masks and follow best safety practices in regards to staying home if you are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

Starting on September 24th, grab a blanket or your favorite fold-up chair, oh, and don't forget the popcorn. It's movie night at Colegrove Park and they will be showing "The Lego Movie". The show will start at 7 pm, it is free too!

Saturday, Sept. 25th, The Fall Foliage Leaf Hunt Is Back. clues will start to be anounced. Make sure you Look for them in the Berkshire Eagle and in iBerkshires.com

Also on the 25th, it's the Fall Foliage Children’s Races
Colegrove Park, North Church Street. The race will be from 10 am till noon.
Race Registration: 10:00 a.m.- 10:45 a.m./ Races at 11:00 a.m./ Awards ceremony at 11:45 a.m.

Join us for the annual Children’s Races. This event is free and open to all ages, with categories for various age groups, and awards for group winners. Best for ages 10 years and under.

One of the Long traditions of the Fall Foliage parade is the yummy Fall Foliage Ziti Supper. The dinner will be held at Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Parish Center on 70 Marshall Street.4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (413) 663-5316

The St. Anthony's Kitchen Meal Ministry Program is hosting a curbside, cash & carry Chicken Parm Fall Foliage Dinner on Thursday, September 30th! The menu includes Chicken parm with ziti, salad, garlic bread, and dessert. Please purchase your tickets in advance by calling or stopping at The rectory 413-663-5316 or The Moulton Spectacle Shoppe: 413-664-4270 during business hours.

There is another dinner too. It's is cash, carry, and curbside fundraiser. Simply pull up alongside the curb on the Holden Street side of the parish center! You will be directed from there by one of the on-site coordinators. This fundraiser will aid the ministry in building its kitchen supplies as well as stocking the food shelves!

The first parade will be held Friday, October 1st. Get the kids ready for the Annual Fall Children’s Parade marching down Main Street, North Adams. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. Lineup at 5:00 p.m. the Parade will start: 5:30 p.m., this event is free. Kids of the north county and your families make costumes and enter the parade. This year's theme is "Games, Movies & Take-Out”.you could dress as your favorite game character. Participants must arrive at Eagle streets at 5:00 PM. Ribbons will be given to all participants. Group and float winners will be invited to participate in the Fall Foliage Parade on Sunday, October, 3,2021. Please note that groups should be 10 or less children, as there are only 10 medals that will be awarded per category/prize. Awards are sponsored by The Norad Toy and Candy Co. and Greylock Federal Credit Union.

The Fall Bazar will be at the VFW Post 996 Mohawk Trail Saturday, October 2nd 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. They will have something for everyone. They will have Something for everyone: Chinese Auction, Fish Bowl, Raffles, Baked Goods, Fried Dough & Hot Dogs. Contact: Mary Risch, 743-5040.

The 10th Annual Fall Dog Parade will be at Veteran’s Memorial Park at the corner of Eagle Street and Route 2, Annual Fall Children’s Parade Main Street, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. registration will be at 10:00, parade at 10:30. The event is free but donations to local animal rescues are accepted. All dogs are encouraged to participate. Owners are encouraged to make costumes and enter their dogs into this parade.

This year's parade theme is "Games, Movies & Take-Out.” Categories are funniest, best duo (owner and dog), best group (dogs), best small dog, best medium-sized dog, and best large dog. Prizes will be awarded following the parade and ribbons will be given to all participants. Dog parade winners will be invited to participate in the Fall Foliage Parade.

Fall Foliage Craft Fair North side of Main Street this event will run from noon to 5:00 p.m.This is also a free event it will have local artisan and crafter booths along the sidewalk of Main Street.

The big parade is Sunday, October 3rd, The 65th Annual Fall Foliage Parade – Games, Movies & Take-Out, the parade will step off at 1:00 p.m.
The parade will commence at the lot by DiSanti Field, and conclude on Ashland Street after passing through downtown via Main Street.
