North Adams,
As we all know, winter is fast approaching. We are sending out a reminder that the Winter Parking Ban will be effective on Sunday, November 1st, 2020 thru Thursday, April 15th, 2021 in the City of North Adams. The times affected by this parking ban are from 1:00 am to 6:00 am, any day. (See ordinance listed below)

Officers will begin issuing paper warnings to vehicles in violation on Nov 1st, for approximately a week's time. During this time, we would encourage people to explore their options in finding off-street parking if required.
Also, be advised that vehicles parked on sidewalks will not be permitted at any time.
