As we live with the new “normal” since the spread of the Coronavirus, one thing that is extremely difficult not overthink is a…sneeze.

Every time we sneeze or blow our nose we wonder if we have “it.”

If paranoia sets in keep in mind that we’ve flipped the calendar to April and that means allergy season.

Your sniffle could mean that you simply are affected by seasonal allergies.  Something that an over the counter allergy medication can help control.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, a dry cough and fever, you should seek medical attention.  If it’s just a random sneeze…blow your nose…wash your hands…and continue with your Netflix binge watching.
