Some members The North Adams Facebook group “North Adams Chat 2,” lead by Stephanie Borns, have been making masks for local healthcare workers.

Using social media, they are encouraging anyone with sewing machine and some basic skills to make masks for local healthcare workers in need.

This is clearly a local drive to help others.

In an interview today on WUPE, Keith Bush said it takes him about 30-minutes per mask.

You can tell from Keith’s voice he has a lot of passion for the project and feels that every mask made will help someone on the front line feel a little more protected.

If you want to join the Facebook group you can reach out through North Adams Chat 2.

Thank you to all doing their part to help others in this time on need.
