It should go without saying that, for most people, the COVID-19 pandemic has increased levels of anxiety, tension and stress. The future of pretty much everything seems uncertain or in doubt. So the big question is: How are YOU getting yourself through it?

A new survey published by the good folks at the New York Post and conducted by OnePoll on behalf of CBDistillery found the top ways that three out of four people are reducing that stress. For many of us, some of these tension relievers are a matter of routine already:

1. Exercising: 52 percent

2. Watching more television: 42 percent

3. Sleeping: 38 percent

4. Meditating: 37 percent

5. Drinking more alcohol: 32 percent

6. Playing games: 32 percent

7. Calling or texting with friends and family: 30 percent

8. Taking prescription meds: 27 percent

9. Having sex: 27 percent

10. Using CBD: 25 percent

For more information pertaining to the survey or for a more comprehensive list, visit the New York Post website.

What about you? Is there something you're doing(or doing a lot more of) to combat stress during this pandemic? Perhaps some serious spring cleaning....Or some gardening....Or maybe finally completing some craft or project that you began a while ago. Tell us about it on our Facebook page. We'd love to hear about how you keep sane during this crisis.
