With the first major storm of the season in the books, temps tonight will drop into the single numbers.  Overall, the weekend will be a mix of sun on Saturday and some scattered snow showers on Sunday.  Right now, the outlook for Christmas day is partly sunny with a chance of snow showers and a high in the lower 30s.

Will all the snow that you just shoveled, snowblowed, or plowed, it’s hard to believe that it isn’t even officially Winter yet.  We will put a wrap on Fall on Monday at 5:02 AM.  Winter will then be in full swing until Saturday March 21st.

As we did yesterday we’ll keep you updated as WUPE’s Winter Watch will kick into gear with updated forecasts, cancelations, and road conditions whenever the weather turns bad this winter.
