They are very specific action steps and task-oriented goals that help you achieve your bigger goals. Take baby steps to your bigger goals. To you, they might look like a to-do list. You’re focusing on a very specific task at hand that will give you momentum and propels you forward to reaching your other goals.

Micro goals shift the focus to physical and actionable steps you can take immediately. They push you through a task that you need to complete in order to reach your larger goals.

A new survey found 67% of people are trying to make more "micro-goals" for 2021, which are less ambitious. but more doable. Here are the 10 most common ones.

Eat less takeout or fast food.

Maintain my weight. Remember baby steps!

Eat more nutritious food for lunch.

This a micro goal for me! Drink more water.

Take vitamins.

Get outside more.

Meditate for a few minutes every day.

Prep some meals in advance.

Swap healthier ingredients into foods.

Walk or bike places instead of driving.
