Patriots vs Cardinals Sunday at 1PM

The Patriots are back at home at Gillette on Sunday. The Pats host the 6-4 Arizona Cardinals. The Patriots are coming off a tough loss to the Texans last week dropping them to a 4-6 record and squeezing the death grip on their playoff chances.

The team expects running back Sony Michel to be back on the field for the first time in 7 weeks. Michel has been suffering from a quad injury. Coach Belichick said Sony has had a couple of good weeks of practice.

The Patriots were hit hard at the start of the year with a number of their start players opting out of the Covid-19 plagued season. Missing from yesterday’s practice…offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn, and offensive tackles Byron Cowart and Carl Davis. The Patriots offensive weapon Julian Edelman has been nursing a knee injury was also not on the practice field.
