Road Work Ahead

Have you noticed all the road work being done in and around Pittsfield.  It’s getting pretty bad when you have to take two detours on your way into work.  That happened to me this morning.  I haven’t heard anything about any of these road work projects except for the West Housatonic and Center Street widening project.

All the others, I assume are ongoing road projects that the city is try to catch up on and the fact that they need to get these done before the winter weather sets in.

Word of advice, plan ahead for delays and detours and take deep breaths.
