The Williamstown Theatre Festival is getting ready to close on its purchase of the former Price Chopper supermarket shopping center building in the coming weeks.
The Berkshire Eagle reports that according to paperwork filed with the North Adams Planning Board, the theatre festival is planning to use the space for set-building operations. It also plans to later use spaces occupied now by Rent A Center and Oriental Buffet as rehearsal space.
Are Oriental Buffet and Rent A Center going to relocate or close?
Price Chopper store closed back in 2016, and the site has remained vacant since.
