It seems that COVID-19 takes over all parts of our lives in one form or another, and it can be a struggle to cope with the stress of having to deal with all of that, even if it is not affecting you so bad it may be to your family and people you know especially during this holiday season.

Berkshire Community College and Southern Berkshire Rural Health Network offer a Zoom-based webinar where South County experts in health care and mental health will discuss coping with stressors caused by the COVID-19
pandemic.

The speakers will talk about how we are all affected by COVID-19 and different ways to cope and maintain health through the holiday season. The webinar panelists will focus on different aspects of their work as it relates to pandemic and respond to the audience’s questions.

This zoom event will be taking place, Tuesday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm, December 15, 2020
